The commission rate for our services starts at 15%, although this rate can vary depending on factors such as the size and amenities at the property. We also provide discounts for property owners with multiple properties.
Property owners receive a monthly payout reflecting the revenue generated in the previous month, after deducting the service fees charged by the relevant travel channels. These fees typically range from 3% to 15% per reservation, depending on the channel.
To ensure that property owners are compensated fairly, Premier Host adjusts the nightly rental fee for each travel channel to account for the varying service fee rates.
Monthly financial and performance report provided along with bank account direct deposit payment.

We provide access to a variety of travel channels which collectively attract 363 million unique visitors on a monthly basis. We offer tools for optimizing pricing and search rankings on these channels, as well as a prioritized listing algorithm that takes into account our Superhost and Premier Partner status. Additionally, our platform enables users to manage calendars, prices, and ratings/reviews.
The services provided include screening of guests, effective communication, round-the-clock support, as well as assistance with both check-in and check-out procedures. Additionally, an electronic check-in guide and house manual are also available.

At this consultation, we will review what is working, what isn't, and any updates/repairs that should be addressed, as well as how to best layout the rooms, furniture selection, recommended amenities, etc. for ensuring maximum revenue potential and that your rental property is fully equipped and ready for your guests. This can be a great Do-it-Yourself option or the first step to your full-service solutions.
